Monument

$6.00

With the inspiration of many local monuments in Indianapolis, Indiana, this hat is designed to incorporate the architectural curves and edges. The brioche stitch pattern adds thickness and warmth, making it the perfect hat for a brisk winter morning.

This hat is worked in a two-color brioche stitch pattern, with 2 panels of an intricate brioche cable down the front and back. The symmetrical decreases allow for the two panels to seamlessly blend together in the crown.

Note that brioche “grows” and automatically has a larger gauge, so if you are a loose knitter I would recommend going down a needle size or knit the smaller version of the pattern.

I also want to thank my test knitter, Kae Gregis for helping make this pattern possible!
